Daily Spending Limit?

Okay so I already submitted a ticket about it, but what is a daily spending limit? Because it's not like I went and bought a bunch of cash shop items this year. (In fact I didn't buy anything for two years). But I mean what is it? And why do we have that by the way? >.> Kind of a let down, I went to buy wings and then BAM! I can't buy anything :(

    I know there's a $200 daily limit on purchasing Gold, but I'm not aware of any limits with the in-game boutique.
