How realistic has this become?

Since the recent release of Nation Wars I keep seeing peopel saying NV mat prices and such have plummetted and I was curious if the same is said for r9 2nd and 3rd cast :>

    Regular r9 is the issue. Nirvana mats are used to make 2nd cast r9, through making summerwind tokens, 300 raps and 1200 cannies each. which now is only like 100m each. r9 3rd cast is farmable in warsong, so yes, its pretty realistic. Refines and shards still cost as much as ever however

    As stated earlier, getting the original R9 gear is still pretty costly (as it well should be). Getting 2nd cast isn't nearly as much as it used to be, but still pretty expensive. 3rd cast is no problem, just farm it. But in terms of the refines and gems used in that link, well... it's realistic in terms of farming for a LONG period of time or merchanting, but realistic in a shorter period of time would be more all +10, and definitely not JoSDs.

    In theoryically terms... 3rd stage is the easiest to get... in reality terms a good 3rd stage is the hardest to get. First and 2nd stage can be bought... right now first stage is slightly more expensive in terms of coins with 2nd stage costing a bit over 2 bil (on ht). 3rd stage is essentially free, but its the farming and recasting thats a pain. on comparsion... i have easily over 15 tries on my g16 dag recast and got no -int. Thats is approaching 400 tokens right there... few people without my gear level can get 400 tokens in a resonable amount of time. fyi... i don't consider months to be resonable amount of time to get anything. So overall, while 3rd stage is the cheapest to get (if lucky) it is also the hardest to get (if unlucky). statistically speaking... i would not attempt 3rd recast until you can make and recast each r9 piece 10 times.

    The variable stats on the 3rd cast armour are not really worth the time and cost of extra rerolls. It is the weapon however you should budget on rerolling, I was happy after the 4th roll just depends on how lucky you end up and how close to max stats you want to get.

    Real: You still have to spend 1500-2000 bucks for R9 in addition to shards/gems/refining. And you still have to sit there for 1hr or more converting chip packs.

    That's all you need to know really lol.
