Mystic Skill Glitched

Need GM Attention
Mystical Eye lvl 100 morai skill for mystics which used to detect stealthed players within 50mtrs and after some times players with same lvl or lower lvl forced to come out of stealth is not working properly since last big update i.e Sirens of War.At start i thought that my char is glitched but yesterday i asked a mystic frnd with the skill and she faced the same thing.The problem is we can detect stealthed players but cant take them out of stealth.i have tested it with my lvl 99 sin about 20 times and everytime same result.and my Mystic lvl is 101.
