Crystal Light.

So heres the problem..I have 20 apocalypse page and 10 medium inks with me but dont know how to skill up Crystal light..
I want to know that is there any quest in which we need to gather this items and then combine it??
Any info will be helpfull..

    yep, any psy trainer will do... arvh to be safe on that one, or the trainer in 1k
