    Anyone in the GMT +1 time zone that play on Heavens Tear server....message me, im new to this zone and dont know many ppl playing :( all my west coast USA friends are never on at the same time as me an am lookin to meet new PPLS!!!!!!!!!! >_> i hate randomly pming ppl ingame :P

    no matterr how much you invest if the ISP has a problem ur frakked.
    The onyl thing you could wonder bout they probally have a datacentre for all there stuff. Why only having 1 line from 1 ISP and not multiple to guarntee uptime. Atleast a DC gives you up to 99.999% uptime. If you make a good SLA with an ISP you shouldhave the same uptime. But **** can always hit the fan lol
