so i heard that we can learn lvl 9 apoth but i cant find the quest anywhere, anyone has any information on how to learn lvl 9 apoth?

    There was another post on this somewhere cant remember, it is some kind of glitch on some char's that allows the quest to be taken but leads to a missing npc.
