NW bug 12/09/12

tonights NW was terrible im sure u all know. for 1 hour no would could move except for frost nation they of course took most of the tokens so im asking for the ppl in other nations to get some extra tokens or something for the hour we lost and the tokens we couldnt earn because of this bug
