NW Bug/Glitch?

In todays NW, during a time in battle half my squad got DC'ed when we were porting out after winning the battle and then could not log on to PWI for few minutes. Then we got separated from our squad as we entered in base and could not get out for some time..

Its similar to the Delta glitch, when we try and enter Delta someone DC's and could not log back on for few minute.. Has anyone else been facing this problems or i it just our server? (sanctuary).

    Nukka got it also while he was squad lead, got locked out for 3 minutes like delta glitch. Came back in and he was out of squad but our squad never showed him as leaving and he was still leader. We couldn't reinvite, couldn't buff our own squad mates (squad glitch) and eventually had to reform.

    So yes, it is happening to others.

    Also, similar situation with 4 people crashing at once as they entered nw. We had one other person already crashed during this time and had been on and offline for 10 minutes prior to nw starting with crashes.
    Seven 100+ characters leveled the hard way. Free to play. Mystic, Psychic, and Wizard left to level. b:victory

    Happened to me as well on. Though logging into my account from a different server before switching back seemed to let me in faster.

    Yesterday right before NW started a friend of mine disconnected as well, and she lost her fashion set during this. It was a very rare and expensive set, and I've been trying to get in touch with a GM in-game as well, but haven't gotten any responses yet so far.

    Is there any suggestion you might have for this? Apparently it seems to be related to all the other disconnections that were occurring last night before NW.

    Just like the Delta glitch, you can go forever without getting hit by it, or you can get hit with it repeatedly for ages.

    It's a random glitch that has something to do with it being slow updating your location data when you enter the map. The database then throws an error, and you can't log in at all because it thinks you're in a location that doesn't exist.
    It corrects itself after a few minutes, but until then, you are unable to log in. It's one of the many things that they claim they are working on.

    Also, I'm very surprised that you haven't been banned/made to change your name for the obvious profanity filter subversion there.

    I had the same problem, last night. Deleted some things from my inventory, that I am not too happy about.

    They should definitely offer to restore these items. That's just sloppy coding on their side that needs to be fixed asap. to prevent item loss like that from happening again.

    There's no reason at all that items should be randomly disappearing upon a random server disconnection, especially items that have been there for a long time.

    I was hit with the entrance dc using the Arch NPC for the first couple of Nation Wars. Since then I've been porting from Lost, Plume, or Etherblade with no problems at all. Something else I do is drop all player names, titles, order icons, customization, and even throw on the player range limit to reduce the chances of a dc.

    Not saying the issue isn't in need of a fix, but these are some things you can do right now that will help.

    Thing is it doesn't matter if you have a good computer or a bad computer, if there's one hiccup on either side of the host (aka a player's ISP, or any of the serverboxes where the game is being hosted), it can still result in a disconnection, no matter what you do to your client configuration or how good your computer is. This is why this issue should have top priority. Item loss upon disconnection is not something to be taken lightly.

    In the mean time I still stand by my original point - GMs / Admins should offer a full restoration in the case of an item loss. Possibly a rollback of the account state to an earlier point of the day, etc. Something to minimize the losses.

    True, I have an average cardboard box and I have never crashed so far, a faction mate has a monster of a PC and he constantly crashes even outside of NW, with PWI, the better the PC, the worse the game will behave!

    We are aware of this situation and looking into it now. Anyone with missing items please send in tickets so we can get the ball rolling.

    i had same problem before start on nation war yesterday


    i dced few mins before start....and it didnt want to let me log ingame at all anymore


    usualy game would crash but i would just relog....this time it was something else...something like delta glitch
