The - already closed - "necro game" thread

It was not asking ayone to break any rule at all. 29 days threads are not necro according to the 30 days rule. You can also have something useful to say on a thread after 29 days.

I see that game as a kind of critic on the strict 30 days thing, since some necros are useful and help avoiding an excess of threads. The best rule would be one based on our mods discretion on when it's useful and when it's a real necro.

Ofc that wouldn't work because most people simply won't give in that their post is a bunch of ****, but that's why you give some people power to enforce rules.

Maybe move this to the suggestion box, as I really think mod discretion is the best criterion to judge when to close and when to keep a thread going, other than 30 days.

There is already a thread in the suggestion box about the rule and encouraging others to break rules is not the way to discuss them. Neither is opening threads discussing the way a thread was moderated. If you don't like the way it was moderated, please send a pm to the mod who moderated it. Or any other moderator/v4liance. Doing otherwise is against forum policy.
