What about a permanent Tiger vendor shop?

Hey all,

I have seen that in PWI, there are lots of different vendor shop types now... A lighter, a bunny, a mermaid... But the cutest of them all is only in temporary form.

What gives?

Seriously, there are tiger packs and there are no permanent tiger shops? It's a shame, really.
