Zen prepaid cards

Have they fixed the problems with prepaid cards? A friend still hasn't received the zen he put in his wallet over a month ago, even tho his ticket says resolved. I don't want to go through the same problems he's having if they haven't fixed it yet. Is anyone else still having problems with it? No it wasn't the first time they've used the prepaid card either.
