what level Carfting needed for certain lvl gear/weaps

Is there anywhere online that shows what Crafting level is needed for what level gear/weaps? I dont always have access to ingame shops to tell.

Also, is all crafting the same form. Like lvl 4 BS to make lvl 7 weaps same for tailor lvl 4 to make lvl 7 armor?

    When you found the item you want, there should be an ''item can be crafted'' tab with a header ''Recipe:''. What comes after that is clickable and will show you what you need to know.

    I looked at the database and couldn't find any weapons that require lvl 8 blacksmith. Are there any?
