Multi Client Broken

I haven't been able to multi client since the Sirens of War update. It comes up with a message that says "Client running unable to proceed update." Is dual clienting still allowed? Is there a way to fix this? b:thanks

    Use elementclient.exe to run 2nd client.

    Going to the Perfect World International folder, going into the element folder, and opening elementclient directly opens the game without the little start-box thing.
