Edit: And i did use your precious search. If barbs can do it, then everyone should be able to. Zero tolerance is the only way to be fair here if that's the case.

No, body size edits are not allowed. Barbs are not body size editing, the big head was a preset built into the game by PWCN.

Unless you are trying to make enemies, its probably not a smart idea to post the names of people you are actively trying to get banned.
