What colour to make my Phoenix Nest fash? *O*

I dunno where to post this. I'll post it here since.. well.. I'm a fanatic.

I finally got the Phoenix Nest wedding dress after much waiting (and also my husband rage divorcing me.. hooray for guilt tripping lolol) so now I'm wondering what colour to dye it! It came out an ugly blue, so I took screenies of a few possibilities and I was wondering if people could give their input...

Option 1: White
White fash is always pretty, but I'm not sure I'm sold on this. :S

Option 2: Black
Black is the old standby and always classy, but I feel like it might diminish how cool this dress is.

Option 3: Red
I loooove the red of the timed wedding dress (the one my veno is currently wearing.. it runs out in about 20 hours qq) but it seems like the red that the color preview shows at least is.. dimmer? I was wondering if anyone has dyed their's red and could comment on whether or not it's the same shade...

Option 4: Cream
I sort of guessed on the shade but I'm guessing it'd be close to that. I kind of have a soft spot for cream fashion. Maybe?

Option 5: ?????

Nn the cream really brings out the blue highlights on the dress as well as the texture and all the details (and is less clashy with them than the white appears to be)
The black just makes the details look muddy to me :x
The red on the preview is around the same as the black comment-wise but on the timed fashion it looks gorgeous; I can't say for the actual red dye nor do I have the dress but it does look like the timed is a darker red >:

I like the red, personally. White and Black are soo overdone and overrated. At least in my opinion. Red looks like it really livens up that outfit.

it's pretty much between red and cream I guess. the more I look at the black and the white the less I like them, haha. I guess I'll see what other people have to say =3

I really like the red and cream, I can understand how hard it must be to choose a colour! They're all really nice (I don't like the black so much in my opinion). I feel the red brings out the gold accessories and the cream one is really goddess like (who doesn't like goddesses?b:chuckle). It's up to you to decide but if I had to choose one, it'd either be red or cream. I'd be pretty happy with either, both equally as beautiful.

When you decide, could you please post a pic wearing the new colour? If its not to much trouble.That dress is absolutely gorgeous. b:cute

I can't really choose between the red and the cream. The chances of needing to use randoms to get that perfect red (like your timed dress's color) are kinda low, and I don't know about using red pigments since I don't really like the washed out red color found on the color picker and I can't compare them to red pigments. It might look good with your pataka though.

I *really* like the cream the best, it's so different from the white, and shouldn't be too hard to do. There's cream pigments, right?

Or all pieces, sometime when I don't know which color dye a set I'll just dye it with random pigments and sometime that make it a color we didn't think of that is nice and random pigments can give more color than dyes.

welp I'm back with results. xD

I tried random dyes once and it came out sort of a burgundy brown which I didn't like, so I ended up going with cream, and this is how it looks:

it's pretty, but I'm not completely sold on it.. it sort of looks like a bathrobe depending on the light, LOL. I think in the end I'm going to try with red dyes.. too bad it's gonna cost over 60m. ._. here's to hoping for a red pigment sale for christmas.

Look really nice like that, I would personally not dye it red, but it's your choice ofc. =3

I would go with cream.....looks more like gold and acentuates the other colours on the gown. It also looks regal and sophisticated but understated b:chuckle

Cream is my choice b:dirty

Red FTW! Yeah I agree it's not got that umph in cream, although the preview looked nice. You could always random dye it again with some DQ points and hope for red or something with flair if 60m seems like way too much.

In red that remind me the R9 armor more it look like fash to me. xD

It's maybe why the red didn't make a great impression on me.

Did you thought maybe to some color as aqua/turquoise or blue?

Purple or more of a bordeaux red would fit best, imo.

Personally I would go with the typical white, or red. Because it is one those outfits that is suppose to look elegant. The typical white or the burning red. Of course just my opinion.
