Hit return locked gold on the bidding menu. That being said this, and all other cash shop questions belong in the cash shop huddle. You should also submit a ticket.

The gold didn't went into locked mode it just disappear and I would have submit a ticket if the page didn't show up empty. So how I submit a ticket now?

Is your quest list full? I'm not sure how locked gold is returned but I know sometimes items "disappear" when my quest list is full because they are placed in my bag with an invisible quest. As for the support page, try clearing your browser's cache. If the page still doesn't show up then you can submit a ticket by emailing customer server. Their email address is customerservice@perfectworld.com
