zlibwapi.dll missing?

My partner has encountered a problem.

Whenever she tries to load PWI it says zlibwapi.dll is missing but it's still in the element folder. I have tried using the copy found on my computer and that still fails. Any clue how to fix this issue?

    Try "Verify" option see if that works, or else re-install the game with new client.You may need to uninstall the game, making sure to remove any excess files, then re-install it.
    Please go through all the instruction in download page.
    I think your friend's anti-virus/security/firewall is blocking or throttling with game files.

    You also might need to temporarily disable your antivirus, MS Security Essentials or Windows Firewall long enough to download, install, patch and login to get into the game, and then turn it back on. Sometimes disabling may not help and you will need to add an exception for the game folder.

    It might be Windows, Windows Firewall, Admin (such as running the game as Administrator), UAC, network, or antivirus settings that you will need to change so that they aren't blocking or throttling the game.
