Gold Disappears?

Hi PWI, recently i bought 10 gold (1058 zen) via Boku mobile phone service for 80 Dhs (Dirhams).

the "success, you transactions is complete" screen after i finished i pressed on the button "transfer zen" but it takes very long to load the page. so i refreshed it and came back to my wallet section and my balance is back to 0 zen, lolwut? pls fix this pronto pwi staff b:bye

    First of all this zen related issue so this is not the place for it, Go to The Cash Shop Huddle or Zen & Billing Help if u want anyone from Billing Department to see it and fix it for you.Clear your cache and cookies restart your browser and try again see if that works.
    However your best bet will be to Submit a Ticket to Billing Support. Be patient it takes 3-4 business days to get a response.

    I'm also having the same problem. I bought two $10 pre-paid cards and turned them in on different accounts a few hours apart from each other.

    On both accounts I transfered the whole amount and it said that the transfer was completed. When I log into the game I have only 10 gold? LOL!

    On my main account I was able to send a support ticket in but on the second account. When I click on the support link, it wont laod. :(

    This is the first time I've bought any pre-paid cards for this game and figured, I might have gotten some bad pre-paid cards. Now I see someone else is having simular problems. Is the support page down for anyone else?

    Hopefully this will all get sorted out soon. I think next time I plan to buy some pre-paid cards. I'll check the forums first.

    Hi Everyone,

    If you wind up getting a redirect loop when trying to use our support website and need to contact us, there are a few current work arounds for this known issue:

    1) Create a new PWE account and use that to submit and update your tickets.

    2) Send us an email to customerservice at perfectworld dot com.

    It has something to possibly do with a database issue with the Rightnow system and ours. Hopefully it gets fixed soon!
    Support Page has problem loading from few days,clear your cache and cookies restart your browser try again ?
    Note:PWI only support I.E and Firefox officially. Send an email to PWE Billing support for billng issues.

    For account login issues and such, email Customer Support.

    Please make sure to make the subject line of your email concise and to the point. It helps staff because it has to be manually sorted by human eyeballs, and it will help you get answered quicker.

    Please put as much relative information as you can in your email about your problem.

    Thanks for the info Sizzer but it seems again. That the links you gave for some reason don't work for me. I can go to the page but cann't make a post. I've cleared my caches so that shouldn't be a problem.


    Honestly, this seems like to much of a hastle (run around) for a game I just started playing. I might just chalk it up as a lose and move on.


    I've never had this problem with other games I've played (ROM, BOI, Allods, ect..) and even if I did, their links worked and I was able to get it resolved in a few days. It's been what 5-6 days now? And I haven't even gotten an email back...

    Yeah, I'm going to give it one more shot on my next day off and if the problem isn't resolved by then, I'm moving on.
