My Problem...

My whole game shuts down when i tele to Raging Tide.
Only my game shuts down, nothing else.
Does this happen to anyone else?
Surely i am not alone.

Since the patch, this happens every day.
Usually it lags there, but this is strange.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
Know this, i am upset.

theres no "fix" rly, just some remedies as the link above state.
its a common bug that happens to alot of ppl, only happened to me once or twice tho.

Yeah tha'ts kinda my problem, but not exactly.
On restart of my pc, it still happens.
Understand, i did verify.

Still nothing is fixed.
Upon restart of game, i am however in RT.
Can nobody help?

If those don't help I recommend submitting a ticket about the issue. Let them know you already verified and give them a dxdiag log.

To create a dxdiag log, go to Start, click on Run, then type in dxdiag and press Enter. Click on Save All Information as a text file (on your Desktop as an example.
If you are using Vista or 7, go to the Start Menu, click on the Search menu and type dxdiag.exe.

Attach the dxdiag.txt that you save to your reply to us.

If you have a 64bit system, please click on the 64bit Dxdiag/DirectX button to save the correct log file.


They will probably also ask you for additional information.

That sounds like a good idea
Other than zen problems, i have never submitted one.
Okay maybe one.

For now, i will just keep restarting the game.
Under supervision, of course.
Now, maybe this issue will trouble me no more.
Never again to ruin my day.
Yet, will anything come of this?

That happened too me right after they updated the texture mapping of the areas in the world maps and finally made more realistic plant designs for {PWi}... I ended up having too update my computers video card driver in order too get it to function correcty (after I had already uninstalled & then reinstalled {PWi} back onto my laptop) I found that my comps old driver had finally been surpassed by the newer version of {PWi's} graphics program, so the newer modern driver patch I updated too it had fixed it so that my comps graphics card didn't go and seize the game on my computer anymore... b:faintb:fatbb:surrender


That might be whats going on with your computer, from what it sounds like.....b:surrender


Though to be honest It still might be the games program update, but if its not it may be your driver needs too be updated itself too handle {PWi's} new updated package....b:thanks

ok so since i cant create any threads, im posting this here so ppl hopefully see it. friend of mine equipped a brand new guardian charm (100k hp) and it disappeared, while at the same time equipping a brand new mana one and it is still there, they tried to log out an in and nothing happened, still no charm, any ideas how they can send in a report or get this issue addressed?

This is not a technical fault it's a gameplay issue and you have to Submit a Ticket for a fix,
Customer Support--->Gameplay. Be patient it takes 3-4 business days to get a respond from Support Team.
