Nirvana Armor Socket Rerolling

My in game spouse is attempting to reroll their second bast legs and boots for 4 sockets, but when they have attempted to recast them the menu will not allow them to recast the armor without transferring the sockets as well, thus not allowing for the possibility of 4 sockets. I have attempted it and find that I get the same issue, is this normal, or is this possibly a bug that's not been picked up on?b:surrender

There are currently no Gems in the sockets on either piece of armor and even when we fill in no to all options including refinement, it will not allow the recast still.

    Socket reset only works from 13>15 and 15>16.

    Rerolling the stats itself on G15 ONLY changes the stats, you keep refine and sockets. So though luck if you get 2 sockets.

    With G16 it's different, rerolling changes everything, including sockets and refines
