G15 Morai Sword vs G15 Dual Swords

I have the mats to make G15 Dual Blades, Ultimate Darkness, for seeker.
I was wondering, does Morai still significantly hit harder on mobs? I don't mind spending 17m if the Morai G15 sword hits harder on mobs than G15 NV, but only if the damage for Morai is reasonably higher.

    G15 morai is on par with R9 swords without the GoF proc.
    Or roughly on par with G16 nirvana, which is a pritty small step from G15, and better in PK to

    I think what he said is that, G15 morai is on par with r9 in terms of PvE dmg, non-GoF ofc
    And, i think he meant tht G15 NV is better in pk and snice it can b easily made into G16, its all the beter for PvP, so its up to u really
