Problem With Game

Please, I need help with this super problem I have always, do not know why every time, in different parts of the game, either in Archosaur, tide, lost city, or anywhere else, I always I get this window error, why is that, what I do, I reinstalled into play several times, I checked the game too, I do not know what else to do, please any solution for this from any GM or someone you know please...
