Endgame gear with new expansion?

+Deicides or G14/15 NV Claws for 4/5 aps.
Ill most likely go Sage.

Considering how easy it is to get full G16 now I was thinking about to get that but it seems like I can't get 4/5 aps as sage Archer then? I'd might need to mix with some interval gears, get interval tome+ ornaments then or swap out gears for purposes which I'd like to prevent.
Or experiment around with Warsoul which is arquiable now aswell. Thought I don't have any knowledge about Warsoul really...

    Why do you want to be 4-5 aps? The instance where it played major role just got killed - granted TT market is still alive when it comes to golds. But if you arent going to reroll for G16 fists/claws, the claws/fists are mostly just pointless due how low base dmg weapon we are talking bout.

    Ps. I`d go for N3 bow instead of R8r - I really dont like R8r for any other purpose than rolling def levels on wep (catabarbs & clerics)

    4/5 aps cuz I like to be versatile and ya I could consider G16 claws now anyway aswell but I'd need more interval parts again cuz it most likely only will grant me -0.05 int.
    I would be fine with just 4 base aps so I can get 5 with wind shield.
    I thought r8r might be nice for PVP because of the purge.

    There is absolutely no need for archers to be aps for PVE anymore. Just make a sin or BM.
    I thought r8r might be nice for PVP because of the purge.

    A second recast Nirvana bow with purge would be cheaper to make than the r8 recast one if you really want a purge bow and can't get r9 yet.

    I already had those 100+ so I wanted something new =(
    I'd really love to have 4/5 aps here...seems like I have to swap gears then or go demon for the intervals...but skill wise I prefere sage.

    ....so even r8 might be obsolete for me? I like the top for its 0.10 -int but the r8 bow will be useless with NV ones now...


    This is a very huge agony of choice to me now...

    Lets be honest. You're not going to use that archer to solo TT or any other instance if you have a sin and BM already because a sin/BM is just so much more efficient than an archer in those cases. Thus it's pointless to worry about aps on it.

    My Sin is on other server and my BM recently got banned so this Archer is my new main.
    Also I'd like to try to solo FC, do random TTs, world bosses, harpy wraith, and I often like to help out ppl with lower BHs and quest bosses.

    You have my support to go use fists / claws.

    You should work on obtaining an -interval tome and/or get the TT100 HA ornaments to get you more -interval. I think you'll need it for Sage.

    Okay ornaments aren't that hard to get...just tome...and idk if I should even get r8 at all.
    Kinda around 100m just for 0.10 int top, the r8 bow will be obsolete anyway....

    Do both.

    Get full G16 for PvP and whatnot. Now that Nirvana is obsolete, you'll only use fists / claws on bosses, and you can take 30 seconds to swap your gear.


    With regards to helping your lower level friends, with Blood Vow, Awaken, free Ironguards, and a good genie, you can reasonably tank with a bow while you work on the interval gear.

    My geuss is the best gear for an archer now that the expansion has come is full rank 9 final cast, but barring the rank 9 then lunar final cast nirvy with a upgraded warsong bow. Upgraded super tome, upgraded faction base helm, upgraded nw cape, and upgraded rank 9 ring an sky cover upgraded

    With the upgraded super duper tome, you should have enough stats to use claws for chi gain purposes.
