Hello. I need your help or comments.
Buy a notebook with Windows 7, i7 processor and graphics card (integrated dual) AMD Radeon HD 7570M + Intel HD Graphics 4000 and 8 MB RAM (Inspiron 14z). The game runs but after a few minutes the game stops working (program not responding) and closes, and to revise the graphics window in the launcher the game recognizes as a graphics card Intel HD Graphics 4000 and AMD Radeon not. There is a compatibility issue with PWI processor, operating system or graphics card? Or should we make any changes or settings in the control panel of the game? O my computer has a factory configuration problem.
If anyone had or has this problem or has the same computer but no problems also thank your comment.

cant help you there but you did kinda post this on the wrong forum page since its a tech problem should have been posted in the tech support forum page instead but maybe you'll get an answer on here:b (my version)0

1. Run the client as admin. (Easiest to set this in the program properties under Compatibility.)
2. Seems like there's something you need to do to disable one of the video cards for the client, but I can't recall how to do that offhand. I'm positive it's posted in the tech support forum though.Take the time to look for your answer before you post like an idiot.

No idea about your specific problem, but have you click on the three folders, element, launcher, patcher, and given the elementclient.exe, launcher.exe and patcher.exe the right to "run as administrator".
Change the compatibility mode to a previous windows version? Maybe the x64 and x32 is causing an issue?
Maybe directx 11 is not intalled on your pc? You need to do this yourself.
If you haven't changed stuff on your laptop, you probably need to update all your drivers.
Hope others can help out.0 -

I did some searching on this and found guide from HP on how to select graphics to use on their products. The same solution may work for you too.
If your installation came with the ATI Catalyst Control Center (CCC), you need to go to your start menu, type CCC in the search, and select CCC - Advanced. If you don't see this, dell could have removed the control panel from their tailored display driver package (could happen), in which case you can at your own risk remove it and install the newest driver for your card from AMD website.
If you do see CCC - Advanced, open it. Now you need to find "Switchable Graphics" from the menu. Now, you should have option to view "Recent Applications". If elementclient or launcher is in this list, you need change its setting from "Power Saving" to "High Performance". If they are not in the list, you need use "Browse" and find the executables yourself. Locate your game installation and add the elementclient.exe (from element folder) and launcher.exe (from launcher folder). If you can't find your installation, right click the shortcut of PWI and select properties, the window will tell the path to your game files.
Once the two are added to the list, make sure they have the correct profile "High Performace" applied.
Click Apply at bottom of window, go try your game if it works.
Hopefully I did not waste my time doing this and CCC is universal along all manufacturers with dual graphics solutions with AMD/ATI card.0 -
Thanks to everyone for their contributions and comemtarios.
If I did the CCC comes change, configuration and compatibility. But the problem still persists, Intel remains the default card that detects the game. Desabilit0
