Missing Files

Ok so with the last update my antivirus decided to eat 2 files from my pwi folder in which I didnt know at the time and decided to redownload the entire game. Much to my suprise the download didnt fix it. (crys a little) Any way I found on my antivirus list the 2 files it deleted, is there any way to get just those 2 files w/o having to download the game for a 3rd time in my pwi life? (BTW I told my antivirus to leave the files alone now that I know it ate them)
