World Quest Glitch

So after about a year or procrastinated WQ o.o i finally turned in #30 at the merchant near 1k streams and i get a system message saying iv received WQ #32????? which is odd i never heard of a WQ extension. Then i go to look in my available repeatable quests and there is nothing there?!?! So now i can't turn into anyone or find this mysterious #32 merchant D= what to do? or where do i go cuase i don't have an auto path to anyone.

They revamped it. You can hover your mouse over the item in your quest items to see where you must go next.
