Despite the latest "Expansion," can we still Multi Client?

I logged in one of my characters a day after the Expansion, and when i tried to pull up a second one, the window interface said "Client Running, unable to proceed Update"

Can we still duel client or no?

    Yes, you can still multi-client. You just have to open the client the
    old-fashioned way by going into your files & finding the elementclient.exe
    & clicking on it.

    I just put a shortcut to that file on my desktop.
