Can I do that? and If yes whether it is more economical as compared to the traditional Dragon Orbs method?

The source weapon is +10 so it will cost 400 Stones for the transfer.

    it's possible from bound item to bound item
    but last time i caclulated it for my weap it was cheaper to re-refine
    +7 with mirages and tisha/kang then orbed to 10 b:surrender


    ** note i use event gold for tisha/kang so i didn't calculate that in my costs
