Item dissappeared!!!

I just bought a 60 mill bow from a catshop, opened up my own catshop for a while, and when i hovered my mouse over my new bow it dissappeared!!!! b:shocked what do I do and I really hope I can get this back b:cry

    First relog and see if it came back or not if not then make sure you didn't npc'ed it by mistake,
    in this type of cases Submit a Ticket without screenshots it's hard to prove whether u actually brought it or not.
    Note:No one can help you in forums to get back you that Bow/item.     b:surrender
