    Something to try

    1: Go to User CP
    2: Click edit avatar.
    3: Hit "Do not use an avatar
    Note: if you have a custom avatar selecting this option will delete it."
    4: Save changes.
    5: Post once.
    6: Go to Edit your Avatar (the one you use to switch characters on the forums).
    7: Switch to a different character or the default.
    8: Post once.
    9: Switch back
    10: Post one more time.


    May work... and if not then you can always raise a fuss about the forum being broken.

    b:cute Also if you find you get this error when clicking the edit your avatar link, I've not yet found a solution besides waiting until it stops giving that error. Then you can continue with truekossy's suggestion.

    Yeah. Switching between avatars is the tough part because, for whatever reason, that's somehow broken nowadays and only seems to be up half the time if that much.

    I sometimes have that problem too. But the problem I have MOST of the time is that my character's levels aren't updated, and I had created a new BM yesterday, and it's not even showing up in the 'edit your avatar' thing...like it's saying that my Wizard, Kachuu, is level 8, when she's really level 15, and my Assassin, Tsukurimi, it says that she's level 21, when she's really level 26... :/ I'm just getting frustrated with this...(plus, there's also the thing that, now that I've made a few posts with Kachuu as my avatar, I can now create new threads, BUT, if I change avatars, I'm limited to only replying to existing threads again....I've never had this problem before on my older accounts....)

    EDIT: And on my Kachuu avatar, it says I've only made one post...when I've made like 3 or 4 now.... -_-

    You can submit a ticket regarding your issue but the fact remains pwi forum is broken and hopefully they'll fix it someday !

    I've found that switching to your nickname, then going back and switching to your character works to reset the levels to the correct number. That doesn't help with "broken" avatars though.

    Hello beautiful people..let's see if this works. If not will submit a ticket.
    Don't see me as a Cleric in a FC, or high lvl bh run.. i cannot heal like a Cleric.. so don't expect me to do so.. i will do my best with whatever, and whenever i can. (mystic)

    b:chuckle I said it doesn't help "broken" avatars, just people who's avatars don't reflect their level (like me currently, my avi says I'm 94). If you can, try kossy's solution in the second post.

    Edit: And now it says I'm 95. :D It does still work!

    Ticket won't resolve your problem i suggest is best to get in-touch with GM, he/she can fix your avatar, mine was glitched too same like yours MonkeyShatter fixed it for me , so best is to contact MonkeyShatter, v4liance or genotypist. Best of Luck ! b:victory

    First of all, make sure you are using the most recent version of either Internet Explorer or Firefox. Next, make sure that you have the most recent Flash Player and that you have it enabled. Finally, clear your cache and cookies from your web browser, which can usually be found under the "Tools" tab. Reboot your browser, and try reloading the avatar selection list again.

    My few posts displaying my avatar as level 42 or so even though it is displaying the correct level in profile and picture above forum. I attempted resetting to nickname and back but seems I am still getting the weird level glitch. I was in the 40's like... two years ago or more.

    Do you see my avatar as 42 or 101?
