    This new gear would be broken as hell. It's 15% fixed crit rate, meaning that classes like Psy and Wiz suddenly have an automatic 16% crit, easily turned into 19 or 20% crit with one of the old rank rings.

    A crit from one of those two? Yeah that ****ing hurts. A crit from them every 5th or 3rd hit (cause 30% is easily within reach at that point, for example nirvana cape and helm is 2%, a tome can give another 2%, etc etc) is god damn ridiculous.

    Also the new tome gives 45 dex and 3% crit which is 5% crit altogether. 30% crit base casters will be scary. And with new warsoul wep psys can get 130 atk lvl in white voodoo b:shocked
