New or revamped quests'?

I was wondering if there's actually new quests in lv.60 / 80 range or they're boosting the exp of the current ones?

I don't wanna end up having a tons of new quests to do on tons of alts I have b:angry

    Revisit the joys of growing and learning Perfect World with all new story lines created for mid-level players, old and new

    All new story but yes they are also revamping and boosting xp and such on other mid level, there doesn't seem to be hlc such as quests though just the SvS for 100's+
