Lack of Support

I dont know what else to do. My zen order is in "review" for the last 16 hours. I submitted a ticket. No response. Called Skrill. Everything is ok on their end and the payment was charged. Called PWI for hours. No response. It even automatically hangs up on you. What does someone need to do around here to make PWI money and get some ZEN? Geez...

    A ticket can take 3-4 open days to be answered, so please just be patient.

    Well since there is no way of contacting pwi it looks like I don't have a choice. But I hope they get back to me before then. Skrill Only requires 48 hours before they can cancel the order due to non payment of service goods. Usually I buy the PWI cards from the store but I wanted to do this the "convenient" way since you get extra zen for doing so. Thank you for the reply. I really appreciate a reply from someone even though PWI doesn't care to do so. b:victory
