I have finished the first part of Step 3. In addition, I have crafted the second part as well. However, I'm not getting a quest prompt from the second NPC (Wife of Mutieh) to finish this quest.
I've back tracked the whole quest to double check if I missed something at the Arch Elder or at the first Tailoring NPC of this quest (Tailor Wen). I still can't figure out why I'm not getting the prompt to get my Advanced Tailor Skill Book.
