Having problems with downloading pwi :(

Hello there as the title says im having problems getting this game back on my computer. I unstalled in order to try out raiderz (but needed a little space lol) and now that i see my pc is to crappy for that game ive decide to re download this but i cant. Last night when i stopped and saved the download it was at 63% but when i woke up to continue it went back to zero even though the folder is still there and on top of that when i tried to start all over but it only got to a certain % then it freezes and i have to start again and the same thing with jade dynasty.

so i just wanna know if there anyone that can help me out here or is it no more pwi for me?
