...if I have a G15 Nirvana armor "Made By A"(A=Someone),if I reroll the stats(The process that takes 2 cannies),will it appear as "Made by B"(B=Me) ?

Yep, it changes the crafter's name. So you might not want to do that if you want to keep their name, but can do it so that you appear to be the original crafter.
