Charge reward system

when is the charge reward points usable again? i got a few points that i cant doo annything with. whats up with that?

    seems u can only use them when charge rewards promo's are on. They just sit there unuseable till next promo

    Then I have a question for you. hope you can answer it. A while back (couple months or so) I noticed i had 10,00 or 15,000 points. But now when I go and look for them, it says that I have 0 points. where did my points go? I know that I have not used any before.

    They reset when the charge promotions end.

    But on my other account, i have 15,000 reward points still there. i havnt used them either. one account i had 10,000 and never used them. other account has 15,000 points and never used them. but the account with the 10,000 points still has the points there. other does not.
