Hey

Having a lvl 41 mystic alt, i've been reading through the stickies to find the best skills to focus on, but to me it seems like there is very few skills there is worth working on. I wonder if it's just me missing something or is it just like that?

AS I see it in the guides, many of the skills either end game or kinda lvl as you want them, still i've seen mystics do a lot of great stuff, aparently with few skills.

So beside the guides is there any thing i've missed reading through the mystic part of the forum? any mystics there wanna share some knowledge there may not have got to the guides (tho i doubt that, as the guides is good)

Must admit that i've mostly been playing melee chars in this game, only got the mystic and a lvl 33 veno as mag builds. So it may be me there is a bit out in the deep on the mag chars b:chuckle

Focus on NV, Gale Force, mastery, summons, rez, verdant shell and heals... Anything else is fairly optional.

Lvl the skills you use the most, eventually you will be able to max them all anyway.

    +1

I'll just add that some of the best mystic skills in game are the Morai Skills which are not sage/ demon dependent. Invigorate adds tons of atk levels but just for pve and skills (love this to death still), Mass resurrection is a onetime res buff for you whole squad (no more waiting for cd)

Falling Petals. Get it, keep it at max for your level always.

thx for the advice Xainou - after I wrote my last post, I actually got that skill too, only at lvl 2, ran out of spirit points :( .

The group heal, Comforting mist, worth working on or will break ang herb be more effective?

Worth working on, yes. But later on. Its cast time is so long and vital herb and rother heals should do a better job. Tbh I have comforting mist maxed but rarely use it because if there's heavy aoes I either use salvation shields or there already is a BB or aoe healing cleric. lol

So yea I wouldn't give it at too high prirority for early on.

Yup i agree with Xainou at low levels Comforthing mist is not really important (even at high levels it's not the most use skill). Break in the Clouds and Skill Vital Herb (You will get it at level 49) are really enough (and Falling Petals).

I didn't saw you mention it, but if you quest a lot Bramble Tornado (you will get it at level 49 too) is really awesome, that do a great damage and push back the mob so that one i really suggest you to take it and level it.

At level 49 there's also the skill Rapid Growth, I'll would suggest you to get it, do not max it now, you can let it at level 1, but just get it to become use to use it. Many people use the combo: NV->Rapid Growth->Absorb Soul to kill a mob.

I'm a mystic level 102 and I personally use all my skills, some more often and some less often, but they all have a use.
