Psy with winged shell

so i just saw a psy with a winged shell buff...is that possible?, i mean if i remember well archer's winged shell is just a self buff, unless there is an item or something that gives you that buff

    A cleric probably buffed the psy with their 79 or the psy used an apoth like http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/11325

    both of which, sadly, are superior defensive tools than an archer's winged shell.

    It was definitely either Wings of Protection (cleric 79 skill mentioned above) or dew apoth.
