Was trying do the math in my brain, while also writing it all out so I can keep track, and I came up with the cost of 535 gold for the cost of r9 rep (300k) and the Medal of Glory and Mysterious Chips needed for the GST together.
Is that right?
Please let me know if I messed up somewhere or if I had a miscalculation x.x
Is that right?
My Work: 9,999 mysterious chips = 1 GST 205 GST = 9,999 x 205 = 2,049,795 2,049,795 mysterious chips / (10 chip packs with 100 opening for 1000 chips) Boxes stack 9,999 = 99,990 chips per stack 2,049,795 chips needed / 99,990 chips per stack = 20 1/2 stacks 20 stacks of 9,999 and 1 stack of 5,000. 100 packs = 40 cents (40 silver) 1 gold = 100 silver 250 packs per 1 gold 40 gold covers the 20 stacks of 9,999 packs and 20 gold covers the 1 stack of 5,000 60 gold to cover the total cost of the packs 104 gold for 300,000 rep 25 gold for 1 Medal of Glory 19 Medal of Glory needed 25 x 19 = 475 gold 475 + 60 = 535 gold total for rep and MoG+Chips
Please let me know if I messed up somewhere or if I had a miscalculation x.x

Too bad u don't have internet access.
You could have googled this 1000x times over and found the answer in 30 secs.0 -
I'm not quite sure why you did the math for the chips. It's easiest to calculate it by 1 GST = 4 gold (for this current sale).
But I'll go the way you're doing it:*This is based off the current sale. 1 GST = 9,999 chips 205 GST = 9,999 * 205 = 2,049,795 chips 1,000 chips = 0.4 gold, or 40 silver. 10,000 chips = 4 gold. Which means 1 GST = 4 gold. 205 GST * 4 = 820 gold 19 MoG 5 MoG = 80 gold => 1 MoG = 16 gold 19 * 16 = 304 gold R9 rep = 300,000 1 rep badge = 25 rep 300k rep = 12,000 rep badges needed 50 rep badges = 0.36 gold, or 36 silver 12,000 rep badges needed/50 rep badges = 240 buys of the 50 rep badges 240 * 0.36 gold = 86.4 gold Total: 820 + 304 + 86.4 = 1,210.4 gold
That's with the current sales that's going on.
Otherwise the normal price of full R9 can be found here, which is 1,513 gold.
Also note that the full rank sale is 20% off, and you can find this answer pretty easily by multiplying the normal sale price of 1,513 gold by 80% to get the sale price, which results to 1,210.4 gold.
Hope that helps.[SIGPIC]Octavia is best pony[/SIGPIC]

Oh wowie .-.
Thank you skai, it seems I was way off on my math x.x. I always have these issues when it comes to figuring up the full price of the stuff q.qGoing for on sin: pwcalc.com/d916f4e82a02e4dd

I found what you did wrong. You forgot one step.
2,049,795 chips/99,990 chips in one stack = 20.5 is true, and what you did is right (250 packs = 1 gold), but what you did was only calculate how much it costs for one stack of 9,999 packs. 9,999 packs/250 packs = 39.996 gold, which is the price of one stack.
39.996 gold * 20.5 stacks = 819.918 gold, which rounds up to 820. In other words, the "0.082 gold" lower price is due to the extra chip per GST you get. 205 GST = 205 extra chips, and since 1 GST = 9,999 chips, you're paying 4 gold for a GST and one extra chip.
So, if we calculate it out, 1,000 chips = .4 gold or 40 silver, which means each chip is worth 0.04 silver. One GST = 9,999 chips, so for each GST, we're getting one chip, or 0.04 silvers worth of chips back. Take that and multiply by 205 and we get 8.2 silver, which is equal to 0.082 gold.
You also used the wrong numbers for the current sale of rep and MoGs. You also seemed to get the wrong numbers for both of those even without the sale.
Previously, before this sale, 200k rep costs 72 gold (which has been known around the forums quite often as the golden price of R8), so that means 100k worth of rep is 36 gold, which results to 108 gold for the required rep for R9 when the rep is "off" sale.
For MoG, you used the static cost price of 1 when it's off sale, which is 25 gold. For the last several months, MoGs have been in the boutique as a bulk, which is 100 gold for 5, which reduces down to 20 gold for one MoG when MoGs are "off" sale.
I hope that cleared up what happened in your math.[SIGPIC]Octavia is best pony[/SIGPIC]

Ah XD. Yay for myself using the wrong variables xP
Just my luck, always when it comes to math I have strong issues with using the right variables and area's...not sure why x.xGoing for on sin: pwcalc.com/d916f4e82a02e4dd
