    So they check it isn't fraud, after the first time I think it goes through instantly.

    Well, some payment methods need verification, and the verification process might take a couple hours.
    Try to wait for 24 hours, and if you still don't get your ZEN, send a ticket to the billing department.

    Have you tried clicking "transfer zen" on the left-hand side (I think) of that
    verification page?

    A lot of times, I'll get the page that says "verifying" or whatever, but I'll
    still click on "transfer zen" and it shows my purchase & transfers it
    just fine.

    It's been doing this to me for years, off & on. I just figured it was a
    glitch in the "verifying payment" page.

    When I used to play PWI, if I didn't charge in a long time, like 3 months, it would take a long time to review. Have you charged recently before this?
