Unable to earn Zen

I tried to earn some zen but its coming up with

"Forbidden. You don't have permission to access / on this server. Apache Server at offers.perfectworld.com Port 80"

Considering I was using it just the other week or so, I cant understand it. Im not sure if its a PWI issue, or a fault on my side. My internet security has not changed so it cant be that =/

Please help. I really wanted to save zen since im currently skint in RL lol b:surrender

    I think they are having problems because I get the same message.

    Glad to hear im not the only one b:thanks for a moment I was panicking incase i'd been banned for some unknown reason (worst case would be ****) or that my laptop was messing things up for me

    Hope they get it fixed soon though. Guess i'll scrape together a few pounds to throw in for the moment >.<

    Issue usually relates to access to area's in your country to be expired and or taken down.

    Please do not be alarmed, earned zen usually pops up every 2-3 days for surveys etc

    those things always mess up its always random too they are terrible they need to be fixed

    They had a problem with the facebook/blessing today, everyone was getting the message ''you don't have a existaing char'', so maybe they get problem with everything. Maybe wait a few hours and if it still don't work send a ticket.

    First of all this is not correct place to post your Zen related issue if you guys want that someone from Billing Department to see your problems post here in The Cash Shop Huddle or Zen & Billing Help or submit a ticket to the C.S they'll take care of it . b:victory

    It's not an issue affecting just the Zen page though, it's affecting every aspect of the site.

    It's intermittent though, and oddly, when I start getting the error in one browser, I open a different one and can go for a bit without getting it, then I swap back. (Even more odd, both browsers are Chrome.)

    Submit tickets so that when they get to work this morning, they will see there's an issue.
