The popularity of fashion shows that we all love to look great. Choosing your clothes, dying them certain colors, to the point where there's a distinct color theme that many people go by for their character.

Our weapons and gear glow certain colors based on level/gems/whatever. But quite frequently, these colors don't match what we'd like.

I propose a small item that changes your glow to the color you want. These can be limited time items, like the chat smilies. Either affecting the character as a whole, or individual gear pieces. It would be purely cosmetic, no additional stats or bonus from the color change.

    Well, i like the idea but the glow on a weapon shows the importance of it, where it came from, the stats... isn't it?! :s

    I understand the ocd of wanting them to match, but yeah the colors represent what you added to your armor. It basically shows off your sharding. Each shard has different colors, and i like it that way.

    With many people using fashion, you can't see armor sharding anyways. You have to look up the player info. How would changing the color be any different than this?
    If you bite some one, they get mad and smack you.
    But if you lick them, you still get the flavor.
    And they think you're weird.

    well, an item that changes the color mayb is too much, but really could have a change in the pattern, like: citrine shards r orange but they make things glow purple with thunders, besides if i put 2 alabaster gems that actually gives metal damage in my weapon it will just grow that boring green.

    wouldn't b awesome if alabaster make a weapon some kind of electric glow?? And it will make elemental shards more useful than just for CS b:laugh

    You should see people in TW and people Sanc. People actually walk around in gears.

    The idea is cool, but I think it is just adding unncessary lag to the game.
