My question is if is still good to use Frenzy with the T3 Nirvy Daggs

It's still as useful as it can be with G15s under various circumstances. EP is still better and mire is also on average, but in situations where you're AoEing, fighting something mire/EP don't work on, in a squad where someone else debuffs, or your genie can use all three (basically, the times frenzy would be the genie skill of choice before G16s) it's still viable.

usually i use Mire + Frenzy on bosses, same when i aoe groups of mobs like Warsong, Lunar, Fc etc..

Did a test on big room boss and with/withou frenzy its a 30~70k dif on boss hp xd

The more attack levels you have the less adding more attack levels helps.

So when you had G15 you probably had 40 less attack levels. Probably something around 40 (Jones + a few DoT + G15 set bonus). Then frenzying took you to 60. Treating each DoT as a 1% increase on your normal damage thats going from 140% damage to 160% damage.
160% / 140% =14.3% difference. You gained 14.3% more damage when frenzied.

Now, lets say you have G16s with 40 attack levels. Now you have 80 attack levels and 100 when you frenzy.
200% / 180% =11.1% difference. You gained 11.1% more damage when frenzied.

So Frenzy has become less useful. Is it useless? No, just not as useful as it used to be. If you can Mire or EP instead I'd do that as they will almost give you more than 11% more damage, but if you are in a squad and other people are doing those then Frenzying is still a good idea.

Frenzy is also good if you want to out-DD other people, like in tiger event. Since it's only self-buff, and not a debuff, using frenzy will give you an edge over people using extreme poison or mire, because you'll benefit from those as well.
