How do I retrieve the Twin Towers quest after trashing?

OK, so I deleted the Twin Towers quest by accident on my Seeker, and now I can't figure out how to get it back, is there a way to? or can a GM help me retrieve it? I really don't want to have to delete my character and start over. Help please!

    Retrieve black boxes from planes and thermite.

    Go back to the npc that gave you the quest, if he have it again take it, if he don't that mean it's a quest you cannot take again, but no need to delete your char, it's not a big deal the only important quest are the cultivation one (yellow/gold quests) the rest is just to get some exp and items, but nothing that worth to delete your char.
