cant access my character

Hello i was making a fb99 sot squad and after i go to the illusion stone to teleport inside , after i clicked to go inside game crashed . that didn't worried me at that time but now every time i try to access my character i log in into the account click start and after it loads it crashes again. Is not even giving me 1 second into the game.b:cry pls help me fix this cuz in 22 hours i also have my wedding

    i fixed my problem ( i think ) by reinstalling the game but now im scared to go try teleporting again in SOT b:surrender. b:chuckle ill try it after my wedding lol anyway can you guys still look into the problem of what might be the cause of this
