my 0-8 shortcut bar is gone

i was trying to reassign skills and i've never really played with the little buttons before and as soon as i clicked the one with the revolving arrows it just up and vanished. i've been searching the game settings but couldn't find anything on it....HELP!

i even quit and came back and its STILL GONE.b:cry

    ok nevermind b:shy the reason i thought it vanished is because it was directly underneath my F1-F9 bar because i forgot that when you press the arrows button it swaps it to and from horizontal to vertical b:laugh
