I Bought Zen but PWE wont Give me

1. I Bought Zen through ClickandBuy.com
2. ClickandBuy.com sent emails for proof of transactions that they sent payment to PWE.
3. Waited for half day to but no ZEN was credit to my account.
4. Submitted a ticket for Technical Support
5. After half day, reply for my ticket is to contact Clickandbuy.com and they change ticket status to SOLVED. WTF! What is solved? Answering the ticket means the problem is solved?
6. I contacted Clickandbuy support and was told that PWE received the payment and they provide transaction id, transaction date and time and everything.
7. I update my ticket and told them, as per the attached proof of transaction, ClickandBuy already sent payment to PWE on the date shown on the proof of transaction.
8. PWE Support replied to the ticket claiming they checked my account and still no payment received for the said transaction. Then they repeat their advise to contact ClickandBuy. Then change my ticket status to SOLVED. At this time I am very pissed since they keep saying my problem is SOLVED.
This is what I think happens:
This is PWE's way of thinking in how they have helped and solved Customers Ask for Support. They would not want to go and ask directly ClickandBuy if the receipt I am showing them is valid and verify why is it that the payment didnt reach them. But No, PWE Customer support tells you to go and call the other company then their problem is solved.

b:angryIn a web-store, PWE is the sales representative, ClickandBuy is the Cashier and I am the customer who wanted to buy for PWE products. I choosed to buy ZEN. Then PWE ask me to pay to ClickandBuy. I was given a receipt / proof of purchase. I go to PWE to receive what I buy and show them the receipt I receive from ClickandBuy. PWE claims that they didn't receive any payment confirmation on their side. They ask me to go back to ClickandBuy on what happen then they decided that THE PROBLEM is SOLVED. Then ClickandBuy told that they received my payment and was forwarded to PWE as the proof of purchase shows. I go back to PWE and they again claimed that their records does not show that they received payment from ClickandBuy. So they ask me to go ask ClickandBuy again on what happen and they decided that the PROBLEM was SOLVED.

Since there is an Orb sale going on, I have to purchase again using same clickandbuy account but different PWE account (on my seeker). The transaction this time is successful. When I log on to PWE website this morning using this account, they changed the status to SOLVED again claiming that the transaction I did on 16th October 2012 is the same as I did on 17th October 2012 and I was told to check on my seeker account to verify it.
Now they are making fun of me. They presume that I don't know what I was doing on the past 2 days.
