Mystic summoning question

OK. When are you supposed to get access to Salvation? I've got my Mystic past level 33(level 36), I have Storm Mistress as the required summon to have before it, and I'm Aware of Harmony.
Is there something else I'm missing? I've looked on here and on the PWI wiki, but I can't seem to find any references to this. Help!

    At lvl 33+ you should be able to learn it, did you done all your cultivation quests? Check in your available quests the yellow or light blue ones.

    There should be a quest to get it, I don't remember it being part of culti though. My guess would be a purple quest.

    To learn it that requisite a cultivation, it's why i ask if she done it, but yes check for the available quests if you have one of a other color than white.
