Got my new PC, game plays fine for the most part. But I get frequent crashes of three types:

Bug Report
"OK" text box with Chinese characters
Graphical freeze - have to close PWI with Task Manager

One place where it normally happens is when coming out of the Cube from the North Arch Khatru Pup, it will freeze when going through the southern archway towards the docks. Other places are just random.

Tried dropping all the graphics settings, changing the screen resolution. Tried updating the graphics card drivers but that didn't help and made some other things worse so I system restored them back to factory.

Speccy report: http://speccy.piriform.com/results/mNmsOMJx2L33jYoAUeIlsf0

I can't find the dxdiag.txt file, if you can tell me where that is I'll post that also.

I've been having the same issues almost constantly. They started randomly a few months ago, and I now have crashes every 15-20 minutes of gameplay. I crash in instances, cities, at teleporting. My PCs are both over the requirements to play and are about a year old and run on 64 bit Windows 7, which I'm told from other players is becoming increasingly common for crashes and bug reports. I can't make it through a BH on any of my chars without a bug report. I can't pick up BHs without bug report. I can't teleport without bug report, etc etc ad nauseum.

It could be plugins or toolbars causing the problems:

A variety of things could be the reason contributing to a crash.

You may have some tool bars or plugins installed on your web browser. Many of them can cause keyboard, mouse, and network connection conflicts, and fight with Windows, fight with the game for focus and control of what is going on with your computer at the time.
Some plugins and toolbars that look helpful and friendly can also sneak malware and spyware onto your computer, causing even more slow down and security problems.

Some toolbars and plugins players have installed, and once they were removed by players, their problems were fixed:
Skype, Yahoo, Google, Wild Tangent, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, Zynga, Limewire, uTorrent, and more.(Basically anything that seems happy, shiny, helpful, and offers pictures, screensavers, music, "free" anything, is possibly leaving a back door into your system, with your permission! If a service has to ASK you to have their toolbar installed, beware.)

Uninstalling all of the toolbars is often the best solution if you get crashes and slowdowns, or try another web browser. If you web browser menu is cluttered with toolbars, you should uninstall them or uninstall that web browser/use another one.
The best solution is to Bookmark or Favorite any online service that you use, and then use your Bookmarks in your menu, which is already built into your browser (that is what they are there for! ).

Be careful of the plugins that you use, very few people need any other plugins installed on their web browser (besides the basics like Java, Flash, and Silverlight.)

    It could be something else:

You can try adding the game folder/files to your exceptions list in your antivirus and firewall software. Please see the help menu or support website for the software that you use if you aren't sure how to do it.

At your own risk, you may have to disable your antivirus, firewall, and other security software temporarily while you download, install, update, login to, and play the game. Sometimes the security software will block it no matter what you try or even if you try to add exceptions for the game files in your security software.

You may also have to disable, shut down, uninstall, or disable any: torrent, keyboard/mouse, web browser toolbars, video/screen capture, gamepad/input device, multimedia, Instant Messaging, voice over IP, web browser games, other games software applications before downloading, installing, updating, logging into, and playing the game. Basically shut down all non-essential programs.

If u guys want a Gm response to this issue quickly then plz contact New Technical Support Zone, and
    C.S
    is always open anyway.

Update on this in case anyone else has the same problem:

I had to force PWI to run with my NVIDIA graphics card instead of the Intel card. Now I don't crash at all. b:victory

To avoid unusual crashes in populated areas like RT or Arch or Tellus, put down your distance a bit and always use Best Performance in these areas, but sometimes you may crash since this game has Old Memory Leakage which causes Crash b:surrender

@CapnK make sure you got the latest drivers to run the game more smoothly b:pleased
